Guiding Cow™, its name, logo, and brand identity are the property of PitchBlu. The AI-generated Guide content is licensed to you for personal use upon payment. The underlying system, design, and software remain our property.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of or reliance on the Guide. Event planning involves real-world variables — always verify critical information independently and consult professionals where needed.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The Guide is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI API. The event details you enter are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate your report. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs their data handling. We do not instruct Anthropic to retain your data for training.
Event details entered into the form are not stored on our servers beyond the current session. Payment records (name, email, amount) are retained for GST compliance for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian tax law.

AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or inapplicable information. Always verify critical details — especially vendor contacts, pricing, legal requirements, and cultural specifics — through independent sources before acting on them.
By using Guiding Cow, you acknowledge that the Guide is a planning starting point. Final decisions, bookings, agreements, and actions are entirely your responsibility. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on the generated Guide.
All payments are final. Guides are non-refundable once generated. Each Guide is created fresh using AI processing and is delivered to you digitally and immediately. The service is considered fully rendered the moment your Guide is generated.
Guiding Cow produces a unique, personalised document for every request. Because the AI resources are consumed and the output is delivered at the point of generation — similar to how all AI tools work — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including technical issues, dissatisfaction with output, or accidental purchases.
All payment disputes, billing queries, and transaction issues must be raised directly with your bank or card provider. Guiding Cow does not process, hold, or control payment transactions — and therefore cannot initiate refunds, reversals, or adjustments of any kind.
If you believe there was a genuine issue with your generated Guide — such as the output being completely unrelated to the event details you provided — you may write to guidingcow@gmail.com with a description. We will review it and, at our sole discretion, may offer a complimentary regeneration. This is a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a right or entitlement.
